Return & Refund Policy

30 Day Refund Policy • Items must be returned in a sealable condition in the original packaging. • We will refund the full cost of returns within 5 working days if the item is not faulty. • If you need to return an item because it is faulty, we will cover the cost of postage and provide an exchange or refund. • Should you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. • If damage to a faulty item is deemed malicious, no refund (including the product, delivery charge, or return postage) will be issued. • For security reasons, we cannot refund money to a different card than the one used for the original purchase. • Replacement items must be sent to the address used in your original order for security reasons.

When We Receive Returns • Your refund will be automatically processed upon receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take between 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) for the funds to appear in your account. • If you have returned the product with your order confirmation within 30 days of your original purchase and the damage is not due to customer negligence, we will offer either a replacement product or a full refund. • Replacements are provided at no extra cost to you, preserving your statutory rights.
